I have designed my programmes to help you work towards a healthier and happier life. To understand your current health issues and goals while supporting long-term changes that support better health we will need to work together over a period of time.

 

Making changes to what we eat and to our lifestyle takes time and support, and so a ‘one-off’ appointment is unlikely to help you long-term. I have found that clients that commit to working with me for a minimum of 12 weeks have the best results, and so this is the typical starting point for my programmes. I will be with you each step of the way, providing regular support to help you to implement the recommendations.

Programme fees start from £349 for a 12 week programme. Please note the cost of clinical tests and/or supplements are not included.

My programmes have different levels of support to meet your unique needs. A nutrition programme will be tailored to your circumstances and will typically involve the following elements...

  • Initial personal consultation, in person or via video conferencing. The aim of this 90 minute consultation is to generate a really detailed picture of your health and your goals​

  • Follow up consultations to check progress and tweak programme as needed

  • Mini progress review calls to see how you’re getting on

  • In-depth health and lifestyle assessment to consider symptoms, medical history, family history, lifestyle and stress

  • Nutritional and dietary analysis of your current eating patterns

  • Personalised nutrition advice, supplement plan and lifestyle recommendations

  • Current medication and nutrients interaction evaluation (if applicable)

  • Recommendations on clinical tests and interpretation

  • Personal coaching to support new food choices and new habits

  • Meal suggestions and recipes

  • Email support throughout the 12-week programme
