I get it – making changes to your diet and lifestyle can be a bit daunting. I’ve found that clients see the most success when they commit to making small, sustainable changes week-by-week. Although a lot of people start feeling different within days, it can take longer to for embed new habits and start to see the long-term results of nutritional therapy, especially if you have a long-term health problem.


I recommend clients commit to one of my programmes as it allows us time to get to the bottom of what’s going on and incorporate new ways of eating, moving and being that will support better health. Three month REVITALISE

The most popular option as it allows plenty of time to work together to get to the bottom of what’s going on and address more complex health concerns.


What’s included?

  • Initial consultation (90 minutes, in person or online) to get a really detailed picture of your health and goals

  • 8x follow-ups (30 minutes each, online). These sessions tend to be held weekly at the start and then fortnightly later on. We can combine two follow ups if needed

  • Email access for three months

One month REFRESH

A ‘kick start’ for people that feel they need a few tweaks but overall have pretty good health and a healthy lifestyle.


What’s included?

  • Initial consultation (90 minutes, in person or online) to get a really detailed picture of your health and goals

  • 3x weekly follow-ups (30 minutes each, online)

  • Email access for a month

Both programmes also include:

  • A completely personalised plan which encompasses diet, lifestyle, testing and supplement recommendations (if relevant). We build this over time, starting off small and adding to the recommendations in each session

  • Recommendations on clinical tests and interpretation – many tests I recommend are available via the GP, but occasionally I may recommend private functional testing which is always optional (with laboratory fees charged separately)

  • Personal coaching to support new food choices and new habits

  • Meal suggestions and recipes

  • My full 25% practitioner discount on high-quality supplements (optional and purchased separately via the supplier)

  • Email support throughout the programme

  • Flexible options to extend coaching for a longer period of time, as needed

  • A payment plan if you’re not in the position to pay for the full programme at once, just ask
